About FMZ Loans
FMZ Loans is a trade name operating as a branch of SiFi Lending, Inc. FMZ Loans is not itself a lender, broker, or creditor. All mortgage loan origination, underwriting, credit decisions, rate locks, pre-qualifications, pre-approvals, and lending commitments are made solely by SiFi Lending, Inc. and/or its approved investor partners. FMZ Loans provides mortgage advisory services, loan origination support, professional development resources, and related tools and platforms to facilitate the mortgage process.

Nothing on any FMZ Loans website, platform, or communication constitutes a loan commitment, credit approval, interest rate guarantee, or binding offer to lend. All such commitments are made exclusively in writing by SiFi Lending, Inc. or the applicable investor.
Services Provided
FMZ Loans provides the following categories of Services:
Mortgage Advisory Services
Consultation, loan structuring guidance, pre-approval facilitation, and ongoing support throughout the mortgage origination process. These services are provided by licensed individuals operating under SiFi Lending, Inc.
Loan Application and Processing Support
Facilitation of loan applications through third-party platforms (including but not limited to ARIVE), document collection, disclosure preparation, and coordination with underwriters, investors, escrow, and title companies. Your use of third-party platforms is additionally governed by those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.
Professional Development Tools
FMZ Loans offers professional development resources to real estate and lending professionals, including but not limited to our Personal Brand Builder program and related tools (collectively, "Professional Development Tools"). These tools may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated technologies to assist in generating professional development content. Professional Development Tools are offered as a complimentary service and do not constitute professional consulting, marketing, or legal advice.
Realtor and Transaction Portals
FMZ Loans may provide online portal access to real estate professionals and transaction parties for purposes including transaction status tracking, milestone updates, document sharing, and professional resources. Portal accounts may be created in connection with an active mortgage transaction and disclosed to the account holder at the time of creation.
Communication and Technology Tools
FMZ Loans uses various technology tools, including artificial intelligence and automation, to assist in preparing communications, analyzing publicly available information, managing workflows, and improving service delivery. AI-assisted tools support human team members and do not autonomously make credit decisions, send external communications without human review, or provide binding financial advice.
Account Registration
Certain Services require you to create an account. When you register, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or remove content at our sole discretion.
Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
FMZ Loans uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated technologies across various aspects of the Services, including but not limited to:
- Drafting and reviewing communications (subject to human review before sending)
- Generating professional development and brand-related content
- Analyzing publicly available information about real estate professionals
- Workflow management, scheduling, and task coordination
- Transaction monitoring, milestone tracking, and timeline management
- Quality assurance and service improvement
AI tools used by FMZ Loans do not: make autonomous credit decisions, provide file-specific loan information directly to borrowers without human involvement, send external communications without human approval, or replace the judgment of licensed mortgage professionals.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and developmental purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use any content generated through our tools.
Professional Development Tools — Specific Terms
By accessing or using any Professional Development Tools (including the Personal Brand Builder), you acknowledge and agree:

- Content generated through these tools is based on information you provide and publicly available data. Output quality depends on input quality.
- You retain ownership of any original content you submit. FMZ Loans retains the right to use aggregated, de-identified data derived from tool usage to improve our services and tools.
- FMZ Loans does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output for your specific business needs.
- These tools are not a substitute for professional marketing, legal, or business consulting services.
- FMZ Loans may modify, suspend, or discontinue Professional Development Tools at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and proprietary materials associated with FMZ Loans and the Services (collectively, "FMZ IP") are owned by or licensed to FMZ Loans and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. FMZ IP includes but is not limited to:
- The FMZ Loans brand, logo, and tagline
- Proprietary processes, workflows, methodologies, and training materials
- Trademarked programs including: Preapproval. Handled.™, The Offer Advantage™, Confident Closings™, Invested in You™, Offer-Ready™, Confidence by Design™, and Value for Life™
- Software tools, algorithms, and AI-assisted features developed for or deployed through the Services

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use FMZ IP without prior written consent.
Publicly Available Information
FMZ Loans may collect and analyze publicly available information about real estate professionals and other business contacts, including but not limited to public reviews, social media profiles, MLS production data, brokerage affiliations, and professional credentials. This information is sourced exclusively from publicly accessible sources and is used to improve service delivery, personalize communications, and support professional development offerings.

If you believe publicly available information about you is being used inaccurately, you may contact us to request review or correction.
Third-Party Services and Platforms
The Services may integrate with, link to, or rely upon third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to loan origination systems, CRM platforms, communication tools, and payment processors. Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' own terms and policies. FMZ Loans is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
Communications
By using the Services or providing your contact information to FMZ Loans, you consent to receive communications from us by email, telephone, text message, postal mail, and through our platforms. Communications may include transaction updates, service information, professional development content, event invitations, and other information related to our Services.
You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following the instructions in the communication or contacting us directly. Opting out of non-transactional communications does not affect transaction-related communications necessary for active mortgage files.

Communications may be prepared with the assistance of AI tools and are reviewed by human team members before being sent. Communications through our platforms may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
SMS Terms and Conditions
SMS Consent
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from FMZ Loans (a DBA of Simonich Financial, Inc.). This includes messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, loan status updates, document confirmations, follow-up communications, and account notifications. The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message Frequency and Fees
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your mortgage application, transaction status, or account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-Out, Help and Standard Disclosures
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or visit fmzloans.com. No Lending Relationship. FMZ Loans does not make loans, extend credit, or make credit decisions. All lending functions are performed by SiFi Lending, Inc. and/or its approved investor partners.
